Project management for the compilation and acquisition of
data processing solutions and equipment for the Community
Nursing Service in the Pleie og Omsorg (Nursing and
Care)department of Baerum Kommune. The solutions are based
on the use of PDA’s.
Project management for the acquisition and implementation
of wireless zones and equipment in all the institutions of
the Pleie og Omsorg (Nursing and Care) department in Baerum
Kommune, to be used for the administration of medication and
during consultations.
Project management for the establishment of enterprise
architecture (Virksomhetsarkitektur) in Baerum Kommune. The
project includes, inter alia, the establishment of an
administration regime for business architecture
(virksomhetsarkitektur), a service oriented architecture –
SOA (process engine (BPMS) and integration engine (ESB), as
well as a security portal for the authentication of external
users (the public). The project also creates an automated
solution for registration into the Skole Fritids Ordning (Out
of School Service), which is the first service to be
included in the SOA.
Project management for the acquisition of a new
communications solution to a total of 260 locations and a
new central network for Baerum Kommune. This contract
includes the development of requirement specifications, the
vetting of the quotation competition, handling negotiations
and planning the introduction and implementation. The
solution will be completed before the end of May 2008.
Project management for the development of requirement
specifications, the vetting of the quotation competition,
the acquisition and implementation of an electronic
invoicing system in Baerum Kommune.
Project management for the design and implementation of
a system for home and mobile offices.
The development of requirement specifications for the
electronic transfer of data from the Bistand and
Omsorgsektoren (Support and Care sector) relating to
KOSTRA(Municipality State Reporting) and IPLOS(National
statistics linked to individual needs for care).
Advisory capacity in negotiations with the suppliers of
software solutions to be used in a trial project from
1st August 2002 and the ten months following.
Project manager for the project “New IT infrastructure
in Baerum Kommune” (Ny IT infrastrastruktur i Baerum
Kommune). The brief included, inter alia, the purchase
of a new internal broad band network, designing and
purchasing a new solution for IT security and converting
to Ethernet in all LAN networks. Responsibility for the
development of requirement specifications, contract
negotiations and the purchase of the solutions.
Hired relocation manager (flyttegeneral) for
Rikshospitalet (Hospital) responsible for co-ordinating
and quality control of all IT related activities
concerning the relocation of the Rikshospitalet to
Gaustad.
Project manager for the surveying and millennium
analysis of the municipal software systems and technical
equipment. A report of risk evaluation, initiatives and
the economic consequences was prepared and any necessary
system adjustments were made.
